RETURN POLICY

ARTICLE 1 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may always exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer will have to send notice at the Vendor within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the Product (or the delivery of the last Product for multiple orders).

To exercise the right of withdrawal the Customer can to use withdrawal form provided for in Annex I section B of the Consumer Code. ARTICLE 2 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to article 59, paragraph 1 lett. C) and e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded:
in the case of supply of tailor-made or clearly customized goods;
in the case of supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

ARTICLE 3 – REIMBURSEMENT
If the Customer exercise the right of withdrawal, GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. will reimburse all the amounts received by the Customer, except the shipping costs. The Vendor undertakes to refund the payment without undue delay and any case within in 14 days from the receipt the withdrawal notice from the Customer.
GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. will issue a refund of the amounts paid by the same payment methods chosen for purchase procedure unless the Costumer specifies on alternative ways in the communication sent to the Vendor (in accordance with article 1).
The Vendor reserves the right to withhold the refund until Vendor has received the returned Products or the Customer has provided proof of their dispatch.
Whether a returned Product t has undergone a decrease of value following a wrong handling of the good itself – that goes beyond its (proper/specific) features and functioning – the refund will be reduced in an amount equal to the loss of value. The circumstances and the consequent decreased refund amount the Vendor will be communicated to the Customer (by email) within 7 working days from receipt of the Product.

ARTICLE 4 – RETURN
In case of to exercise the right of withdrawal, the returning costs have to be paid by Customer. The Products for which the withdrawal right has been exercised shall be returned without unfair delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date in which the Customer has communicated to GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. his/her decision to withdraw the agreement. The Product must be returned or otherwise sent to the Vendor, in detail to the address referred to in Article 1.
Withdrawal is only allowed if is exerted according to applicable law and the goods are unused and perfectly intact and/or accompanied by them accessories/elements which are an integral part. If it does not the Vendor inform the Customer by email, within 7 working days after receipt of the Product, to don’t be able to accept the withdrawal. If the Product already arrived at Vendor’s head office in Lugo (RA), it will remain available to the Customer for collection which must take place at the expense and under responsibility of the Customer.
