SHIPPING COSTS
All shipments to Italy are free. Greenlife Calzature Srl undertakes to deliver the ordered products via selected carriers, within 3-5 working days from the positive outcome of the payment.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Products ordered on the Site are exclusively delivered in italian territory by courier within 3-5 working days of the date of receipt of the Order Confirmation by the Customer. Estimated deliveries exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and other specific cases (such as the event the recipient is not home) directly attributed to the courier and independent from the GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L.
The Products purchased will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the Customer in the Purchase order and validated by the Vendor in the Order confirmation.
Delivery charges are set out on the Site, in detail in the section “View cart” and “payment”, after selecting the Products, as well as in the Order Confirmation summary.
Pursuant to article 61, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, if the Vendor is not be able to deliver the purchased Products within the time limit agreed, the Customer shall invite Vendor to proceed with the delivery within the additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the additional period accepted by the Customer expires without delivery of Product, the Customer will be entitled to terminate the contract, it is safe its indemnification right.
Pursuant to article 61, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code, instead, the Customer is unencumbered with granting the Vendor the additional period for delivery of Product where one of the circumstances regulated by the same article. In this case the Customer, were not obtained the Product(s) ordered, is entitled to terminate the contract, except for the right to compensation.
The notification of the additional period and any communication relating to the resolution of the contract, must be sent by the Customer to the Vendor at the following contact:

In the event of termination of the purchase contract indicated above, the Customer receive to a refund the purchase price of Product and delivery costs incurred. The Vendor undertakes to refund the payment without undue delay and any case within in 14 working days from the receipt the withdrawal notice from the Customer.
